Please be aware that the postal service will need to pick up your order from our warehouse once it has been prepared and packaged. The time it takes for the courier to pick up the package will depend on the time and day it is delivered.

We receive many orders each day, thus it occasionally occurs that a package may be lost in the process. In order to help us get the package to you as soon as possible, please email us if your tracking has not changed after three days.
We just updated our website, and in the process, we also altered our packaging. However, some of our older labels are still on some of the merchandise in the store.
Therefore, even if you come across a product with outdated labeling, you are still consuming a NootropicsUnlimited product that is 100 percent pure and of the highest quality.
Our headquarters are in the EU, however, our storage facility is in the United States.
When you order something from a foreign country, we regretfully have no control over customs and cannot guarantee that it will get to you. So phoning customs will be your best bet.
We had to regrettably get rid of some old stock because several of our products will be making a glorious comeback with the new website. Unfortunately, some items won’t be available for purchase on NootropicsUnlimited any more.
Please write to us if there is a product you would like us to stock once more.
Please make sure to check your emails because we’ll be sending out weekly newsletters on an old stock that’s coming back.
Oh no, it appears that someone entered the incorrect address once more. Occasionally, we do experience this, believe it or not. In this case, if you can give us the right address, we will reship your order at no extra cost.
You will only ever have one chance, and the second time you won’t be as fortunate.
We base all of our payment fees on the rates at which we are assessed as a company, and we are currently working to negotiate the best prices for all of our payment fees on your behalf.
Even USPS makes mistakes occasionally. If after shipping for more than two weeks (14 days), USPS has still not updated your order send us an email!
You still only get one chance, even though we will send you a fresh order for FREE.
We devote a lot of effort into giving you a tracking number within 24 hours. Please contact the support if, 24 hours after making your purchase, you have not received a tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for placed purchases.
At NootropicsUnlimited, we never provide dose instructions or usage suggestions. The products are only sold for research purposes; we are not pharmacists.
We take pride in being one of the very few vendors that provide our customers with 1st and 3rd Party COAs. Our COAs are also updated every two to three years.
We no longer provide any bulk buy promotions. But who knows, maybe we’ll look into the possibility shortly.

We are aware that certain packages delivered by USPS frequently experience delivery delays or, even worse, are actually lost in transit.
