What should I do if my order still shows Shipping Label Created?

Please be aware that the postal service will need to pick up your order from our warehouse once it has been prepared and packaged. The time it takes for the courier to pick up the package will depend on the time and day it is delivered.

We receive many orders each day, thus it occasionally occurs that a package may be lost in the process. In order to help us get the package to you as soon as possible, please email us if your tracking has not changed after three days.

Why is the product's appearance in some places different from the previous one I purchased from you guys?

We just updated our website, and in the process, we also altered our packaging. However, some of our older labels are still on some of the merchandise in the store.

Therefore, even if you come across a product with outdated labeling, you are still consuming a NootropicsUnlimited product that is 100 percent pure and of the highest quality.

Customs has held my package; what should I do?

When you order something from a foreign country, we regretfully have no control over customs and cannot guarantee that it will get to you. So phoning customs will be your best bet.

You have long-standing out-of-stock situations with several of your products. When will it be offered?

We had to regrettably get rid of some old stock because several of our products will be making a glorious comeback with the new website. Unfortunately, some items won’t be available for purchase on NootropicsUnlimited any more.
Please write to us if there is a product you would like us to stock once more.

Please make sure to check your emails because we’ll be sending out weekly newsletters on an old stock that’s coming back.

My tracking indicates delivery, but my order hasn't arrived.

Oh no, it appears that someone entered the incorrect address once more. Occasionally, we do experience this, believe it or not. In this case, if you can give us the right address, we will reship your order at no extra cost.

You will only ever have one chance, and the second time you won’t be as fortunate.

Why are your PayPal payment methods so expensive compared to other payment options?

We base all of our payment fees on the rates at which we are assessed as a company, and we are currently working to negotiate the best prices for all of our payment fees on your behalf.

Why doesn't my order update on USPS?

Even USPS makes mistakes occasionally. If after shipping for more than two weeks (14 days), USPS has still not updated your order send us an email!

You still only get one chance, even though we will send you a fresh order for FREE.

How long does it typically take for your shipment to be tracked on USPS?

We devote a lot of effort into giving you a tracking number within 24 hours. Please contact the support if, 24 hours after making your purchase, you have not received a tracking number.

Can I return my order and receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for placed purchases.

Why can't I receive assistance with your product dosages?

At NootropicsUnlimited, we never provide dose instructions or usage suggestions. The products are only sold for research purposes; we are not pharmacists.

How frequently are your COAs updated, and when will you have first-party COAs?

We take pride in being one of the very few vendors that provide our customers with 1st and 3rd Party COAs. Our COAs are also updated every two to three years.

Are bulk buy promotions available from you guys?

We no longer provide any bulk buy promotions. But who knows, maybe we’ll look into the possibility shortly.

What is the turnaround time for refunds?

Depending upon the method, it may take 4-5 Business Days.

Are the methods of payment you accept safe and secure to use?

Yes, and we are continually seeking out new ways to enhance our checkout and payment processes.

Delayed or missing packages

We are aware that certain packages delivered by USPS frequently experience delivery delays or, even worse, are actually lost in transit.

Any questions you may have about your package should be sent to USPS as soon as possible.
